It was decided to dismiss the public prosecutors Lütfi Karabacak and İsmet Bozkurt by the decision of the 2nd Department of the Board of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), who were detained under the “Fetö Exchange” investigation in the Istanbul Courthouse. Dairesi’nce meslekten çıkarılmalarına karar verildi.

According to the news of Seyhan Avşar from the Cumhuriyet Newspaper, Bozkurt and Karabacak were exposed on 10 December 2019 by HSK. The Chamber based its decision on the last paragraph of article 69 of the HSK Law.
