Journalist Tuncer Çetinkaya, reminded that a list of journalists to be arrested in the pro-media after July 15 was published in his speech and shared his custody, detention and prison memories and the ill-treatment during the process with the audience.

Stating that he has been working to be beneficial to his people, homeland and nation throughout his life, Çetinkaya said, “I am not complaining about what I have experienced. There was a price to be on the side of the good and I paid this price. ”

Teacher Gökhan Açıkkollu’s wife Mümine Açıkkollu, who lost her husband in prison with torture, could not control her tears while talking about the process.  “The pain is so great and in so many times that you can’t even cry.”

My husband died in prison. The second we were in shock, we encountered traitors’ imposition of the cemetery. We continue our legal struggle for my husband. Value your loved ones when they’re alive no matter what.

The only survivor of the boat disaster that killed 7 people who capsized in Meriç, Fatih Yaşar said that after spending a period of pressure in the country, he decided to go abroad.  Yaşar, found hard to tell the story while passing through the river, underlined that he is actually not glad that he survived.

‘I wish, I wish, I wish… at least no longer suffering from this pain’

Esma Uludağ’s wife Mehmet Ali Uludağ, who lost her wife by brain hemorrhage in Greece, said that Esma Uludağ was an idealistic person who had finished 3 universities with 3 children. My wife had a hard time in the detention and prison process. We moved 8 times in 6 months after moving to Greece with our 3 children. These processes had triggered her well-being as she was paralyzed. When she was taken to the hospital by ambulance, she gave his last breath. I wish, I wish, I wish… at least no longer suffering from this pain.

I am a person who has martyred a brother for this country. We love our homeland. I want this to be known..
