In the case opened in the 15th Assize Court on charges of\nbeing a member of an organization and&nbsp;\nmaking propaganda of an organization, an interview with Demirtas was\nshown among the evidence included in the research report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demirta\u015f\u2019s photo which he took during the interview\nand interview text published on October 1, 2015 on his social media account was\namong the accusations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the report prepared by the Bolu Police Department,\ntook place under the name of 11th sharing, the report said,\u201c it was seen that\nthe person, as a D\u0130HA reporter, shared the photo of his interview with\nSelahattin Demirta\u015f who is currently in detention.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.artigercek.com\/photos\/221\/5da8602c62136.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Case<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On February 28, 2017, a \u201cthief\u201d broke into the house\nof journalist Hayri Demir, living in the \u00c7ankaya district of Ankara. Instead of\ntaking the money-filled piggy bank on the table in the room, the person or\npeople took only two memory cards from the camera in the drawer. With Demir\u2019s\nnotice, police came to his house and took fingerprint investigation and took\nastatement down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the investigation that lasted for about\ntwo years, the indictment showed the news images and photographs on the memory\ncards stolen from Demir&#8217;s house as evidence for the blame.
