We Are In Peaceful Actions Platform

Peaceful Actions Platform was established under the motto of ‘Nobody is free when others are oppressed’.

Peaceful Actions; is an International platform established by various non-governmental organizations that are among the founders of the “International Journalists Association” Association, which join forces to create a collective momentum, raise awareness and act for human rights.

The platform was created with the desire to connect organizations and initiatives with common goals such as defending human rights and building sustainable peace worldwide, both by expanding our existing partnerships with different human rights organizations and by creating a wider network of base organizations.

Through our network, we support efforts to raise the profile of the work of local peacemakers, associate them with similar-minded organizations and share their views with a wider international community.

In this context, the first major organization gathering was carried out within the framework of International Women’s Day. While the platform was the first protocol to cooperate with the United Nations Women’s Branch (HeForShe), it also succeeded in holding a conference with the European Parliament Women Commission. It also managed to organize more than 40 programs in 35 different cities of the world.

International Journalists Associations, which provides media planning, agency services and publishing-PR support within the Peaceful Actions Platform, also maintains on-site support to field studies through its volunteer members. Video, Photo and News Texts provided from the programs are delivered to the broadcast channels free of charge and without any logo. We also contributed to the production of many videos and news with the aim of supporting the programs.

More than 50 of our colleagues voluntarily supported journalistic activities in Women’s Day organizations. According to the information we received, the number of our colleagues who participated in our programs by supporting our call reaches 120. Hereby, we thank all our friends for their sensitivity.
