- Denmark: Anti-terrorism law should be brought to international standards.
- • Egypt: Torture and ill-treatment in custody should be avoided.
- • France: Anti-terrorism law should be brought to international standards.
- • Germany: Turkey should repeal all legal provisions hindering its judicial independence.
- • Greece: ECtHR judgments should be implemented, the Ecumenical Patriarchate should be recognized and the rights of the Greek minority in the country should be protected.
- • Iceland: Human rights activists should be enabled to work without fear of being attacked or persecuted.
- • Iraq: Enforced disappearances should be prevented and respect the borders and sovereign rights of neighboring countries.
- • Italy: Arbitrary detentions should be ended and judicial independence should be strengthened.
- • Mexico: Freedom of assembly and association and freedom of expression should be protected.
- • Luxembourg: Osman Kavala, who has been detained since November 2017, must be released. • Netherlands: The separation of powers should be strengthened and the penal code should be amended.
- • Sweden: The Turkish Criminal Code should be reformed to include anti-terrorism laws, and elected presidents arrested as ‘arbitrary’ should be released.
- • Switzerland: Judicial reform should be used effectively to strengthen freedom of expression, detention conditions should be improved, monitoring detention centers to prevent torture.
- • United Kingdom: Freedom of expression should be strengthened by making arrangements for insult. • US: should reorganize the anti-terrorism laws in Turkey should cease arbitrary arrests of journalists.
