Applications have opened for the 4th International Humanity Cartoons Competition, which aims to draw global attention to the dangers of racism. This year’s theme, “Racism,” is accompanied by the slogan “One Race: Human,” emphasizing the unity of humanity and encouraging powerful artistic commentary.
The competition is organized under the auspices of the International Journalists Association (IJA), based in Germany. The UK partners of the event are Time to Help and Human Rights Solidarity.
This Year’s Theme: Racism
The three organizing bodies invite all participants aged 16 and above to submit original, creative and critical cartoon works addressing racism. The goal is to shed light on rising hate speech and discrimination worldwide through the universal language of cartoon art.

- Jury Special Prize: €500
- Honorable Mentions (3): €250 each
Application Dates
Submissions are open from 1 November to 31 December 2025. All works will be evaluated by an international jury of experts.
