New Technical Team By Ministry of Justice for Exiled Journalists

Ministry of Justice formed a technical team for the exiled journalists and Hizmet movement volunteers, who are requested to extradite, from the USA and European countries.

The team, consists of top-end bureaucrats and attributed by the AKP government, is going to visit countries to request journalists’ extradition. 

The decision of forming this team has taken after the 11™ Ambassadors Conference took place in Ankara and Samsun between the dates 3-9 August 2019.

The ambassadors attended the conference themed “Strong Diplomacy both in the Field and at the Table.”. They met with Ministry of Justice Abdülhamit Gül and shared their opinions related not to be open about the extradition of exiled journalists and Hizmet Movement volunteers.

Top bureaucrats visit 94 countries

The team is going to visit extradition requested 94 countries, starting with USA and European countries, and give voice to July 15th and request extradition once again.

According to the news of the Yeni Şafak Gazette Turkey has requested extradition for the following names: Fethullah Gülen Akın İpek, Osman Hilmi Özdil, Ekrem Dumanlı, Tuncay Delibaşı, Mustafa Özcan, Abdullah Aymaz, Adil Öksüz, Zekeriya Öz, Celal Kara.. Turkey has especially made lots of demands from Germany. Just for Fethullah Gülen, 7 extradition requests were made. Additionally arresting 154 volunteers from 54 countries temporarily was demanded. However, neither Germany nor the European countries answered those demands.

Merkel: No solid evidence that shows Gülen movement is a terrorist organization

Prime Minister of Germany Angela Merkel expressed before that she doesn’t believe Turkey is reliable on this matter by saying “There is no solid evidence that shows Gülen Movement is a terrorist organization.” Directly to President of Republic Erdoğan during the press meeting in his visit to Germany in September 2018. 

However, the USA and most of the European countries didn’t respond to the extradition requests, Hizmet Movement volunteers kidnapped and brought to Turkey with private jets from some Asian countries and notably Albania, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Afghanistan.

Tunca Bengin from Milliyet Newspaper stress in his 18th July 2019 article that, throughout the past 3 years MIT (National Intelligence Agency) has kidnapped more than 100 Hizmet Movement volunteers from 18 countries and brought to Turkey.
